Job Description
1. Manage product quality for WD packaged memory products.
2. Be engaged in defining product health monitor, maintaining production monitor test software and hardware, and defining product monitor plan and sampling criteria.
3. Perform failure analysis for product monitor failures.
4. Early involved in new product development and work with development team to run qualification reliability test for new product.
5. Manage line quality excursion, perform risk assessment and make disposition for excursion materials, and drive for root cause investigation and improvement action.
Qualifications
1. Familiar with NAND memory product, including production process and product technology
2. Understand reliability monitor process and sampling methodology
3. Good communicate skills
4. Good teamwork spirit
5. Quick learning ability
6. Fluent English reading and writing skill
