Responsibilities

1. Responsible for analysis and improvement of customer complaints;
2. Responsible for managing customers and providing quality support;
3. Submit analysis report and 8D report of defective products;
4. Responsible for customer audit reception;
5. Responsible for on-site quality support of customer factory；
6. Responsible for submitting product information to customers；
7. Responsible for the product from design to shipping to customer every process step quality;


Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 5 years IOT product or electronic products quality working experience;
3. Reliability and FA experience;
4. Familiar with write and handle 8D reports
5. Familiar with product design and manufacturing process,
6. Good interpersonal communication skills, problem analysis and solving skills;
7. Good command of English, able to read English materials or emails related to work, able to write reports in English and reply to normal English emails.
