后道测试设备技术员（Final Test）8k-10k

Responsibilities:

1 Support tech team to meet the goals on Machine Down time; Utilization;

to improve MTBA / MTBF 支持技术团队完成机器Down Time、Utilization、MTBA/MTBF的目标

2 Follow equipment specification to do machine installation & buy off.

根据设备规格书完成设备安装和验收

3 Do shift online support for continuous production line and ensure equipment in good performance to meet the goals on quality, yield, and cost, utilization and cycle time.

翻班支持产线，确保设备正常状态

4 Support the production Report the online machine status and issue to Senior Tech and Engineer.

支持生产报告实时设备状态

5 Implement the proactive & preventive maintenance plan, to do the regular maintenance job and to improve equipment capability thru continuous improvement activities.

实施PM，并完成常规维修工作，通过不断改善，提高设备能力

6 Perform assembly equipment conversion and do well 5S job and ensure the continued and smoothed production line. 进行设备改机及5S，确保持续稳定的生产

7 Give training Operator about machine operation and to improve their working skill.

传达关于设备操作培训内容给操作员，以提高其工作能力

8 Spare parts hand out; replacement; and make good recode for tracking.

负责备件的替换和记录

Requirements:

1 Diploma, Major in Engineering will be preferred.

大专学历，主修理工科优先

2 Between 1~3 yrs of similar function in IC Test & Assem industry.

在封装测试行业类似岗位1～3年工作经验者

3 Workable English.
