Job Responsibilities:
1. Work together with rich experienced team to design world class GPUs.
2. Own PPAC (power/perf/area/cost) modeling, define key power consumption use cases, work on simulation and identify power and performance bottleneck, make improvement together with architect, design, implementation team.
3. Own power feature and power management micro architecture specification, including voltage droop reduction, peak current control, dynamic voltage frequency scaling etc.
4. Construct suitable test cases and deliver current profile for power integrity analysis in platform and package.
Job Requirements:
1. Master degree, years of industry experience in deep sub-micro ASCI design and implementation.
2. Hand on power analysis experience with Power Artist and PTPX.
3. Be familiar with modern GPU/AI architecture.
4. Be familiar with programming language CPP / Cuda / Python.
5. Be familiar with synthesis and PR flow and tools.
6. Post-silicon profiling, power feature debug experience is preferred.
