Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

· Verify completeness of customer supplied PCA documentation files.

· Create Assembly Drawings and DNI lists from customer supplied CAD files.

· Program Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines.

· Verify First Article Assembly.

· Debug SMT programs.

· Run SMT machines.

· Inspect boards produced for component alignment, missing components, incorrect or damaged components, component orientation, and solder joint quality.

· Manually install missing components.

· Transfer completed assemblies to the next work station.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

· Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree.

· Fluent oral & writing English is required to communicate with internal & external.

Knowledge and ability to setup, verify and change component in Siemens and Fuji Feeders.
Knowledge and ability to validate Siemens and Fuji program and kitted parts.
Knowledge of Component Identification and correct part polarity marking.
Knowledge of bill of materials, assembly drawings, product specific documentation, work instructions, and other general documents.
